Voyager Transport Training have 6 International Driver CPC courses that are suitable for lorry/LGV drivers and 5 International Driver CPC courses that are suitable for bus/coach/PCV drivers.

All of our International Driver CPC courses are suitable for lorry/LGV drivers. These are Drivers Hours & Tachographs, Security & First Aid, Company Image & Driver Lifestyle, Health and Safety & Fire Marshal, Vehicle Checks & Weight Dimensions and Eco Driving & Vulnerable Road Users.
What International Driver CPC courses are suitable for bus/coach/PCV drivers?
5 of our 6 International Driver CPC courses are suitable for PCV drivers. These are Drivers Hours & Tachographs, Security & First Aid, Company Image & Driver Lifestyle, Health and Safety & Fire Marshal and Eco Driving & Vulnerable Road Users.
What times do your International Driver CPC courses start and end?
Our daytime International Driver CPC courses start at 8am and finish at 4pm. There is a 15 minute break around 10am, a 30 minute lunch around 12pm and a 15 minute break around 2pm.
How do your International Driver CPC evening courses work?
Our International Driver CPC evening courses run over two consecutive evenings. These start at 6pm and finish at 9:45pm on both evenings, with a 15 minute break around 8pm.
Can I do an International Driver CPC course followed by an evening course?
You can, providing the end dates for both courses do not fall on the same day.

What National Driver CPC courses are suitable for bus/coach/PCV drivers?
10 of our 12 National Driver CPC courses are suitable for PCV drivers. These are Drivers Hours, Tachographs, Security, First Aid, Company Image, Driver Lifestyle, Health and Safety, Fire Marshal, Eco Driving and Vulnerable Road Users.
What times do your National Driver CPC courses start and end?
Our morning National Driver CPC courses start at 8am and finish at 11:45am, with a 15 minute break around 10am. Our afternoon National Driver CPC courses start at 12:15pm and finish at 4pm, with a 15 minute break around 2pm.
How do your National Driver CPC evening courses work?
Our National Driver CPC evening courses start at 6pm and finish at 9:45pm on both evenings, with a 15 minute break around 8pm.
If I’ve done a National Driver CPC course, how do I get my International Driver Qualification card back?
You must redo all 35 periodic CPC hours by sitting 5 x 7-hour International Driver CPC courses.

How often do your Driver CPC courses run?
Our Driver CPC courses run 7 days a week, all year round including weekends and evenings. You can find our full course schedule on our booking portal at https://book.voyagertransporttraining.co.uk.
Do your Driver CPC courses all count towards my 35 hours of periodic CPC training?
Yes, however this is only if you do not duplicate a course within your 5 year cycle.
When do I receive my certificate?
Our best endevour is always to create and send your certificate within a couple of hours of the course finishing.
When do you upload my hours to DVSA?
At the time of creating and sending your certificate, we will upload your hours to DVSA.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, we take most major credit and debit cards. Our system is highly secure and every effort is made for it to be as safe as possible. Our specialist internet payment partner’s primary focus is to ensure all transactions between us and your bank are safe and secure.
I only have a European Qualification Card, will my hours still be uploaded?
No, you will need to contact DVSA on 0300 123 7721, or email cpcre@dvsa.gov.uk to exchange your foreign card to a UK card. Upon receiving the card, you can then do your 35 hours of driver CPC training.
What is an online course?
An online course is a course that is delivered online over the internet using an electronic device such as a phone, tablet or laptop. For communication reasons, each device must have a camera, microphone and speakers, all in good working order.
What software do you use for the training courses?
We use the Zoom meeting platform for the delivery of all online courses.

What technologies does the Voyager booking portal use?
Our platform is written in Microsoft .NET and is hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud service so network security is as tight as it can be.
What is cloud computing?
Cloud computing is the delivery of computing services – including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence – over the internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale.
What are some examples of other cloud computing systems?
Banking, social media platforms, eCommerce platforms like Amazon, and dating platforms are a few examples of cloud-based systems that are accessible from anywhere and work on most modern devices.
What are the thee main benefits of cloud computing based systems?
Accessibility, security and compatibility on devices that have an internet connection – from phones and tablets to laptops and PCs.
Why do I need to set up a free account prior to making a booking?
Basically, for efficiency reasons.
Having a confirmed email address gives confidence regarding communications via emails. For example, we can send your receipt, invoice, course links and course certificates with peace of mind that the email address that you provide is valid and working well between us and yourself.
Another example is you use your valid email address as your login credentials. This will allow you to add, edit, view or move your booking transactions. Not many training companies allow the delegates this sort of functionality!
Does the system remember what previous courses have been done?
Yes, the system holds all the training history for each driver showing the course name and date of completion along with the hours contributed.
Does the system export training records?
Yes, the system will export Excel files, clearly showing all past and future training information.
For drivers that cannot make the course, can I move the seat to a different date for free?
Providing the course is over 3 days away, you can move the seat onto another date. If within the 3 days, an administration charge may be applied.
